How do I download the required data from the portal?
From the Fonoa portal, you can download the following files:
- SAF-T file (Portugal only)
- Transactions in CSV file for the specific period
- Internal act (Croatia only)
1) Login to your Fonoa portal here: https://suppliers.fonoa.com/pt/login
2) Select the Exports tab on the left side menu of your screen.
3) Select the option Generate an Export in the top right corner of your screen.
4) Choose the type of file you want.
5) As soon as the request status indicates Success, click on the download icon visible on the right-hand side to get your file:
