Over the last decades, tax authorities across the world have been increasing the use of technology to improve control on tax declaration resulting in operational and technical complexity for global and/or expanding companies.
Fonoa is currently on a mission to scale our team by an additional 50+ hires alone in 2021. The team has doubled in size in the last 4 months, and been able to secure really strong engineering, product, and business talent across Europe.
We’re also building a high-performing and modern talent strategy that allows us to access a global workforce that wants to join a disruptive Fintech like ours early stage, and make significant contributions to the business as we scale.
We are looking for a Talent Sourcer who will help us research, identify, and engage with talented and ambitious people who want to join our team. In this role, you will source for the best candidates in the market, working closely with the Engineering, Product, and Commercial teams. As a Talent Sourcer, you will be also working closely with recruiters, coordinators, and hiring managers, improving our outbound capabilities and processes that will enable us to drive higher funnel conversion.
Remote but has to be between UTC-1 and UTC+3. Please don’t apply if you can’t fit your long-term schedule during those working hours. However, we will soon be expanding our preferred time zones, so stay tuned!
