Can I change the owner of my Fonoa account?

Yes, you can update the name of the owner of your Fonoa account in the account administration.

Only the current owner of a Fonoa account can transfer ownership away from themselves. If that person is no longer a part of the company, please reach out to us.

On the other hand, if you wish to change the email address related to your Fonoa account, please contact us via support@fonoatech.com from the email address associated with your Fonoa account. Once we update the email address, the new owner will receive confirmation and a link to set up a password.
