Nicole Giaimo

Senior Tax Manager

Nicole is a tax attorney with extensive experience in the indirect tax technology space. She has worked in both tax advisory and product for VAT and US sales/use. As an advisor, she counselled US multinationals on global VAT obligations with a focus on supply chain restructuring. On the product side, she developed and maintained VAT and US sales/use content for multiple tax engines serving a wide range of industries and of varying size, from small business to large corporations. Nicole leads the Tax Research and Intelligence team at Fonoa.

Felipe Prado

Senior Tax Technology Manager

Felipe is a tax lawyer and accountant with over 14 years of experience in indirect tax and tax technology projects. After many years advising multinationals on expansion projects globally and supporting tax technology initiatives, Felipe moved to an in-house role at Meta where he has developed and led multiple indirect tax technology projects, including strategy. Felipe's LATAM experience gives him a strong background in all aspects of e-compliance requirements (e-invoicing, e-reporting, e-audits, etc).
