How can I download my invoices from the Fonoa account?

You can find all of your invoice information under the option ‘Transactions’ in your Fonoa Portal. Use filters to choose specific transaction/s that you want to fetch and click on a tick box on the page’s left-hand side. Option to download invoice/s will appear on the bottom of the page.

Can I add other admins to my account?

Yes, you can add other admins to your existing Fonoa account. All you need to do is to navigate to ‘Users’ in your Fonoa dashboard. There, you can add new admins. Once added, the new admin will receive confirmation and a link to set up a password.

At the moment, there is no option to delete your Fonoa account directly through the Fonoa dashboard. In case that you want to delete your Fonoa account, please send an email with a deletion request to support@fonoatech.com.
