The Polish Ministry of Finance has released a comprehensive FAQ on the National e-invoice System (KSeF, Krajowy System e-Faktur).

The FAQ addresses a wide range of topics, including authorizations, structural details, invoice handling procedures, KSeF obligations, and technical issues around e-invoicing. This resource aims to provide taxpayers with clarity, support, and guidance to improve their experience with the KSeF system.

E-Invoicing in Poland will be mandatory from July 1, 2024.
