The President of Poland has officially signed the law introducing the obligatory National e-Invoice System (KSeF).

Timeline

The e-Invoicing obligation will take effect on July 1, 2024. For small and medium-sized enterprises exempt from VAT, this requirement will begin on January 1, 2025.

Impact

Now that the law has been signed and with the limited time for implementation, businesses should consider reviewing their IT systems, ERP systems, and invoicing processes to prepare themselves for the upcoming mandatory e-Invoicing mandate.
