How can I reset my password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can easily reset it for a new one by following these steps.
  1. Below the login menu click on “Reset Password” (here for Portugal) or (here for Croatia)
  2. Insert your email address
  3. Make sure you are using the same email address that you use to configure your Fonoa account
  4. If you insert a different email than the one you used to register this process will not work
  5. Click on “Continue” button below the email box
  6. Check your inbox for the reset password email, make sure to check in the spam folder as well
  7. Follow the steps provided in the email
Your password should be reset now and you can access your account.
