How can I reset my password?
If you have forgotten your password, you can easily reset it for a new one by following these steps.
- Below the login menu click on “Reset Password” (here for Portugal) or (here for Croatia)
- Insert your email address
- Make sure you are using the same email address that you use to configure your Fonoa account
- If you insert a different email than the one you used to register this process will not work
- Click on “Continue” button below the email box
- Check your inbox for the reset password email, make sure to check in the spam folder as well
- Follow the steps provided in the email
Your password should be reset now and you can access your account.
