Poland Releases an Updated Version of the KSeF APIPoland Releases an Updated Version of the KSeF API

Poland's National e-Invoice System (KSeF) test environment has been updated to support both the FA(1) and the FA(2) logical structures.

Timeline

The two versions of the logical structure are now operating simultaneously, specifically for testing purposes, until the end of August 2023. Starting from September 1, 2023, the FA(2) logical structure will replace the FA(1), making it easier for taxpayers to prepare for the e-invoicing mandate, planned to be effective July 1, 2024.

Impact

The KSeF API update allows interested parties to test and adapt their invoicing software to the new structure. Businesses should utilize the testing period to review and update their IT systems, ERP systems, and invoicing processes, ensuring a seamless transition to the upcoming e-Invoicing mandate.
